Cooper Scott Wiemers

We went to the hospital at about 7:30 last night. I was having contraction every 3-5 minutes. They checked me and I was only dilated to a 2. They monitored me for an hour or two and sent me home. On my way home my contractions became very strong and my water broke. We turned around and headed back to the hospital. By that time I was in so much pain. I was hollering for someone to help me. My contractions were getting so strong and all I wanted was an epidural. They got it started right away and I was a 5. In just a little while I was already between a 9 and 10. They sent me to the delivery room and I started pushing for about 2 1/2 hours before the Doctor came in and delivered Cooper. It was kind of scary at first because his cord was wrapped around his neck. They had to give him a few compressions and oxygen and then he came around. He has not cried yet but I am sure he will. We are all doing well.

I have been watching for pics. He is a cutie. Looks like he has a lot of hair. I was glad to see Scotte got a good poopy diaper. Ha! I have decided he looks like both of you because you guys have very similar features. Congratulations.
Congrats!!! I was so excited when Vicki told me in church this morning that he was here!!! I can't wait to see him in person, he is soooo cute!!
