Summer So Far!

Well I know I haven't made too many post so I thought I would just do one on what we have been up to this summer! It has been busy needless to say! We have had anniversaries, weddings, Sea World, Wildlife Ranch, and lots of fun with friends and family! Scott started his new job and was gone for a week to CA. We really missed him and were glad to see him when he got home! We both have new jobs and are enjoying them so far! Cooper started at a new daycare and cries as soon as we drive up in the parking lot! It is so sad and hard to leave him but at least he only has to go three days a week! We have been swimming alot and Cooper is a little dare devil! He just jumps right in so you have to have your eye on him every minute!

Scott was talking on the phone and Cooper got one of his and laid down just like Scott and stared mocking him! It was too funny!!!

Morgan is miss big and Cooper just loves her!

My little kisser! Excited to see his cousin Kennedy! He just kept kissing her!

We went to my Grandparents 50th wedding anniversary in early June! This was the best family picture we could get! Ha Ha!

End of the day at Sea World! Tired, hot, and hungry but lots of fun!

Cooper was clapping at the otter show!

This Zebra was so funny! He would just open his mouth and wait for you to throw food in it!

Cooper is 21 Months Old!

Cooper turned 21 months old today. Here is a little bit of what he has been up to:
* Knows the colors blue, red, yellow, and green
* Can match a three piece puzzle
* Knows the letters a, o, and s
* Can count to three
* Weights about 24 lbs
* Likes to play baseball and say "home run" after he hits the ball and then he runs the bases
* Has really gotten into playing with trucks and animals
* Just got over mono! He came down with strep and mono about a month ago. It was so sad he would just lay around all day and didn't want to do much. He is finally about back to himself! That means he is getting into everything and making a lot of messes!

He had a blast playing in the rain! At one point he even laid down in the stream of water! What a mess!!!

He did this all on his own! He went into my closet and came out with my had and shoes on!

Cooper is 20 Months!!!

Cooper turned 20 months on Saturday. We were out of town at a wedding so I am making a late entry. As you can see in the picture above he is talking one the phone and taking down notes! Ha Ha! He puts his hand up to his ear and just jabbers away. It is so funny!!! He will say family members names and yah, unhu, yes, no , and hello in his conversations! This month he has really started jabbering a lot and and saying short sentences. He know several of his shapes and colors and weights almost 24 pounds. He wants to be outside all of the time and loves to go swimming. He is not afraid of the water at all. He will just go jump in and it scares the dickens out of me!He starts at a new daycare tomorrow.

I don't know if all of you are aware but Scott got a new job and I am going part-time!!! We are so excited and blessed. God is so Good!!!

Four Year Anniversary!

Our four year anniversary is coming up June 3. We are going to be very busy this summer so we decided to celebrate it early. We went to the Gaylord Texan this weekend and had a wonderful time. It was our first time to leave Cooper and of course I cried when I left him. Although we both missed him tremendously we had a great time together. This place was Awesome! It is like a little fairy tale land. We went to see Easton Corbin Friday night at Billy Bobs, Saturday we got up and ate at the River Walk Cafe and then headed to the mall to do a little shopping. After we got back from the mall we hit the pool and hot tub to relax a little. That night we had reservation at Ama Lure. The food is very fancy and expensive but it was worth the experience to spend time together and relax. We got into the Glass Cactus for free that night so we went and watched The Spazmatics. If you haven't been to the Gaylord you need to go!

The view from our room.

The Spazmatic! This is not really our type of music but they were pretty entertaining!

Scott had Sea Bass, Purple mashed potatoes (that wasn't the real name), and mixed vegetables.

And yes our bodies have changed a little over the last four years! Ha Ha!

Scott in the pool.

All that fancy food we had to have some chili cheese fries on the way back from shopping!

Scott was in love with this 52 foot High Definition TV.

Eating lunch at the River Walk Cafe. It mocked the River Walk in San Antone and there was even an Alamo replica.

Look at the huge fish!

One of the pretty areas at the Gaylord.

Easton Corbin at Billy Bob's. It was a great show!

Going to see Easton Corbin

What's been going on!

The pool opened up this weekend and we took Cooper today. He loved it! He was not a bit scared and tried to go jump in the big pool all by himself.

Scott was fixing the neighbors sprinklers and of course Cooper was right there in the middle of it!

The following pictures are from Mother's Day weekend. As you can see were busy with all the little ones. We rode the horses, rode the ranger at the deer lease, had a camp out, and lots more!

The kids were singing using the fireplace tool as microphones! It was too cute!
Look at Cooper's belly!
