Easter!!!

We had a great Easter weekend with the Wiemers! Saturday we headed to the park to feed the duck and ride the train. It was such a beautiful day to be outside and Cooper loved it all. He was not too interested in hunting eggs. He would pick up a few and put them in his basket and then he was done!

Prayers Needed

Please pray for two of our family members in the hospital. My youngest sister Ashley was admitted to the hospital today for some type of infection. They are not sure what kind it is yet but think it might be a kidney infection. They said she has to have a few doses of strong antibiotics therefore they have to do it through an IV. Please pray for the best possible outcome and that her nerves and and pain will be eased.

The next prayer request is for Scott's Grandma. She fell a couple of days ago and broke her hip. They did surgery yesterday and all seems to be going well. She will have to spend a few days in the hospital and then be moved to a rehab center several weeks. Please pray that she recovers to her fullest and to ease her pain.

These are very special people in our lives and they mean the world to us. I appreciate in advance for your thoughts and prayers! May God Bless You!

Weekend Trip

This past weekend we headed to my parents for a visit. We stopped on the way and saw my Great Grandmother who is 95. I think she was really surprised to see us. We enjoyed our time there and all the Great food! We just hung around the house, rode the ranger, went to the park, and played with the horses. Cooper was in heaven around the "boy toys"!Go to gannaandpapaw@blogspot.com to see more pictures.

"Mess Maker" is his middle name! He was pouring salt in the tea glass and stirring it.

Using sidewalk chalk for the first time.

Helping Papaw take hay to the horses.

He could say all of the horses names and loved being around them.

Daddy helping Cooper feed the horses!

Three amigos in the Ranger! Cooper is happy as can be in the ranger. He would sit in it and go vroom -vroom.

Mamaw and Cooper on the Mary-go-round.

Gana and Cooper at the park. I think he checked out everything that was there at least twice.

17 Months!!!

We came out of the chinese food place tonight and there was this lawn mower stitting on the side walk for sale and Cooper had to get on it ofcourse. He calls them "tractors".

How can it be our little boy is already 17 months old? He melts our hearts each and every day! The best part of my day is when I walk in from work and he comes around the corner and says "Hi" with a big smile on his face! Not alot has changed since last month. He is still talking alot and will try and repeat anything you say. He says please and thank you all the time and in the right context too. He loves to be outside digging in the dirt and climbing. He is such a little boy! And yes, he has started throwing fits!!! Not too bad but hey I guess all toddlers do it.

He is playing with his car saying "vroom, vroom".

We were playing baseball and after Cooper hits the ball he gets all excited, throws the bat down, starts clapping and saying yeah!!!

Catching Up!!!

Well it has been a while since I have made a post so I am going to catch you up on what we have been up to. The pictures are a little out of order but oh well.

Scott had just got a load out of the dryer and I walked into the laundry room and this is where I found Cooper. He loves to climb and get into things.

Our little Cowboy! When we went to the Ft. Worth Stock show Cooper got some new square toe boots and a belt. Doesn't he look so handsome!!!

Saturday it was so beautiful that we started the day off at the park and stayed outside all day working and playing.

Cooper at the park.

He was running around in his diaper the other day and brought us his belt and boots so we put them on. He is such a little ham! I think he would run around in his boots and diaper all day if we would let him. I am sure when summer gets here there will be lots of diaper days! Wow, I just noticed how big he looks in the picture!

Mimi, Pops, and Cooper at the SA Stock show. We went to visit them the previous weekend. We enjoyed our visit and the the weather. We played with the goats, went to the stock show, and to look at Pops tractor.

Chris (Scott's dad) had an old tractor that his students restored to original condition so they could enter it in the Stock Show. Here it is all shinned up!!! Cooper loves tractors! Anytime we see one he thinks he has to get on it.
Two bulls and a cow!!! Ha Ha!!! They were giving these hats out at the stock show so we had to get a picture in them.
Scott was messing with Cooper...

Every time we walked by this chicken Cooper would say "Doo Doo" for Cockle-doodle-doo. He thought it was a rooster.

This was a few weeks ago when we had pretty weather. Cooper loves to dig in the dirt and here he was using his shovel like a spoon and eating the dirt. Yuck!!! All boy!!!

Snow and Valentine's!!!

Cooper and I made Daddy cookies for Valentines and he got a new pair of tennis shoes.

Cooper got a new puppy dog bath towel and some other nicknack's.

I also got some new tennis shoes for Valentine's. Scott and I both decide wanted shoes so that is what we went and did Saturday.

Just a random picture of Cooper. He is really into climbing and at one point he was standing up on top of the laundry basket.

We got 12 1/2 inches of snow and it was awesome! I thought this was a neat picture of the snow coming down.

Petting Elsie.

Cooper had to try out all the tractors! Cooper also got his first pair of cowboy boots and a belt. I can't get the picture to download so I will have put one on here later.
Here is a video of some things Cooper says. I took it with my phone so the color is not the best and it will only let me record short segments.
