Cooper's First Day at Daycare

Taking off to pass out toys.

Cooper sharing his toys. Such a sweet boy!!!

Cooper started Mother's Day Out at a church in town today. He will go two days a week. We went ahead and put him in so we did not miss a chance to enter him since there was a waiting list several months ago. Scott will also have some time to look for a job and if he gets one I plan on working two days a week.
The ladies said he did great! When we got there, he got down and started giving toys to all the other kids. I am so proud of myself, I didn't even cry. I figured I would cry like a baby considering I have never left him with anyone other than family. He was sure tired tonight though. He only took a 30 minute nap today and was ready for bed early tonight. He went right to sleep. I think he will enjoy being around the other kids and I feel good about it. They have a curriculum that they have to follow and teach them baby sign language, shapes, and colors.

ggcwkadgcCooper looks like he was enjoying the other kids. I bet he will do fine and yes, I am proud of you. I was not sure how you were going to handle it. Now that you have done this, when do I get to keep him? Ha! Can't wait to see the little guy because I bet he has really changed. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

What a sweetheart !! I think leaving them for the first time with non family is always harder on us than on them- he looks like he had fun and I am proud of you for not crying :) Houston goes to
pre-school twice a week and loves it so much I think he would go everyday ! Hope you guys are doing good-
