REESE 7 MONTHS

I have been so excited about doing this post. Reese had a lot of first this month. She started sitting up on exactly her 6 month birthday then about 2 weeks later crawling, and a few days after crawling she started  pulling up. She is all over the place and into everything now. She doesn't really play with toys much but crawls around and finds odd things to play with. Haha
She was also sick for the first time:( Poor baby had an URI, then a week later the croup, and 3 days after the croup had an ear infection. It took her a good 2 weeks to get over it all and finally feel better.
She also started eating some finger foods like puffs, teething biscuits, and bananas. She has liked pretty much any food she has tried so far. We also took her off her reflux medicine and she seems to be doing fine without it! Yay!
She weights about 15-16 lbs.
She is so sweet too! You tell her to give you lovins' and she puts her head against yours with a big smile! It just melts my heart!
After a nap when she was sick.
Poor baby didn't feel good at all and the steroids made her restless and have trouble sleeping.

First time to stand up in her crib.

Yum! She decided to smear blueberries all over her face.

This is her official 6 month picture!

Reese 6 Months

Our little Reese is 6 months old and a busy little girl.As you can tell from the pictures she is sitting up and trying hard to crawl. She is starting to babble and has the biggest, most beautiful smiles. She is eating lots of different kinds of baby food and doesn't seem to be picky.
Weight: 14.7lbs  23%
Height: 24in.  16%

She was sitting beside the mattress and managed to crawl up to see what bubba was watching. Haha

Big brother Cooper continues to be a big helper!

Cooper is 4!!!!

Cooper, you are such a mess and keep us on our toes! You have given us a run for our money this past year. You are very strong willed and hardheaded but have the sweetest, loving heart. You are so funny, smart, and witty. You bring such joy and laughter to our lives and make us laugh all the time. It has been a pleasure watching you grow over the last four years. We can't believe four years have passed and how much you have changed.
You weigh a whopping 32 pounds and are about 38 inches tall. You wear size 10 shoes and 3-4T clothes. The only shoes you will wear are your tennis shoes and your cowboy boots.
You are a VERY picky eater! Your favorite foods are: cheese, pasta, rice, broccoli, mac and cheese, hot dogs, fajita chicken and BLUEBERRY Muffins (your very favorite). Yep, that about sums up your menu.
This year you have been fairly healthy except for the allergies getting to you and having to take breathing treatments. You also fell off the bed while taking a nap and broke your collarbone. You were so tough and were moving it back to normal in a week.
You know how to write your name and all the letters of the alphabet. You can spell mom, dad, and Reese and other simple words. You know your telephone number, where you live and your birthday. You love to find words that rhyme and read books. (esp about snakes, reptiles, and animals)
You also became a big brother this year and are so sweet and kind to Reese. We love watching you help take care of her and how protective you already are of her.
You like to ride your bike, play baseball, ride your F150, help mommy and daddy work, watch power rangers, octonauts, and Diego or anything that has to do with animals, play with cars, trucks, and your animals.
This year we had your party early again so we could have a swimming party. You got lots of great gifts and got to spend it with lots of friends and family. Also, on your actual birthday mommy made you a birthday cake pancake and took you to see Finding Nemo 3D with our friends.
You hold a very special place in our hearts and our love grows stronger each and every day! God has blessed us with a WONDERFUL son and I pray God will bless you as you grow!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY COOPER!!!!!!!

Reese at 5 Months

What a sweet and beautiful baby you are little Reese. Always so happy and smiling at everyone. You have been such a blessing over the last five months and bring such happiness and joy to our family. You are really growing and starting to do lots of new things: Rolling all over the house to get to what you want, pushing up on your hands and knees, can sit by yourself for a few seconds, reaching for everything in site and putting it in your mouth, can hold your own bottle,  put your paci  in on your own, blowing bubbles, talking and laughing, and give the best wet kisses, you are very observant or nosey, which ever you want to call it. ( You might get this from your Momma) You started rice at four months and didn't take to it very well so we waited till you were five months and tried again. Now you down it as fast as I get it in your mouth and are a pretty clean eater. You are drinking about five ounces, half breast milk and half formula. You are a little lightweight and weigh 13-14 lbs.

Happy Girl!

Up on all fours

Love bath time:) She always tries to reach out and grab the water coming out of the faucets. haha

One of my favorite pictures! Walked in the room and Cooper had his arm around you telling you how to spell your name. He loves you so much!
